Internet browsers

All Internet browsers are supported that use the Macromedia Flash 4 plug-in.

All of the Tiger Aki (TM) books have been tested on Internet Explorer 5 and Netscape Communicator 4.

FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions )

1. I can not see animation taking place

You will need to install the Macromedia Flash 4 plug-in on your computer.

• (recommended) Visit Macromedia's website and download the software yourself. Its FREE
  + download Flash plug-in +
• Many Internet magazines have the Flash plugin software for FREE on the CDs that are attached to them.

2. When the sound option is selected I still can not hear any sound

• Check that your sound card is correctly installed, the volume is turned on and that speakers are correctly connected.
• Check that you have selected the version of the bookthat you want to watch with sound (the sound box's tick icon should be highlighted).
